The use of lead-calcium grids alloy. Gel batteries have low self-discharge and reliable performance. At room temperature, the self-discharge ratio per month is about 3% of the battery capacity.

Heavy-duty lead-calcium grids ensure mild corrosion and enable a long-designed service life of 15 years’ of standby use under optimal float charge conditions and below the optimal operating temperature of 25℃. - Deep Cycle
